What kind of pigments are being used for my microblading session?

We use PhiBrows pigments, which are the highest quality and most stable pigments available on the market. They are vegan, cruelty free, and free of any heavy metals. They do not migrate when implanted into the skin and they do not change colors - Your brows will not turn red or need a color correction over time.

What will my microbladingprocedure be like?

• We will begin by going over your form and discussing your goals with microblading, any questions and concerns, and your preferred shape.

• We will then proceed with your shaping. Our shaping is a customized approach, done with very meticulous measurements to make sure your brows are perfectly shaped, framed, and enhance your natural facial features. We will not proceed with the procedure until you love and approve of the shape.

• Your brow area will then be numbed for 25-30 minutes.

• The procedure is broken up into three passes. You will be numbed between each pass to limit pain and maximize comfort during your procedure.

  *Note: If you are sensitive, it is advised that you do not schedule your microblading appointment during the time you are menstruating due to increased sensitivity.
  

Who is not a candidate for microblading?

• Pregnant or breastfeeding

• Accutane within the past year

• Skin disease in the brow area (Psoriasis/Eczema/Rosacea/Rashes/Shingles)

• Under the age of 18

• History of keloids

• Diabetic (If diabetic, please get cleared by your physician first)

• Botox within 2 weeks of appointment

• Please consult with your doctor first if you are currently receiving chemotherapy treatments

How long will my microblading last?

Results vary, as there are many things that affect the longevity of your microblading, including: metabolism, lifestyle, medications, following after-care steps well, and skin type.

Microblading can last up to 2 years for normal to dry skin, touchups are recommended at least every 18 months but we recommend you come as needed, as some clients have very good retention and coming in early only continues to make brows darker. Those with more oily skin may need to come in for touch ups more frequently, as pigment tends to fade a bit faster.

Detailed pre-care and aftercare instructions will be emailed to you immediately after booking. a printed version for aftercare will also be given to you at the end of your appointment.
