A 35% deposit is required to reserve your appointment when booking. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable, and will be deducted from your overall cost. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your appointment date.
Cancellations after the 48 hour period before your appointment will result in a loss of your deposit, and a new one will need to be paid in order to schedule another appointment.
No-shows on the day of the appointment will result in a loss of the deposit and the remaining service balance will be charged to the card on file used to book.
If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment please contact us. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment having to be rescheduled.
